  • Broccoli Mushroom: Organic broccoli, sautéed mushrooms and onions
  • Mexican: Peppers, corn, and cheese
  • Greek: Feta cheese and Mediterranean spices

Frittata

A hearty, gluten-free breakfast treat.  A savory baked custard using cage-free eggs, milk and fresh vegetables.  Choose from:

  • Chile Rellenos: Green chilies and cheddar cheese
  • Broccoli Ham: Diced ham and organic broccoli
  • Roasted Vegetable: Peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, onions, and cheese

Scrambled eggs, oven roasted potatoes, diced peppers and onions, and white cheddar cheese fill a large tortilla. Add your choice of ham or tempeh. Served with sides of sour cream and salsa
