Easy Raw Meals of the Week
With Mia Dalene and David Hempseed
In another fun class in this ongoing series, Mia and David
expand your raw repertoire to include these sure-to-becomefavorites
recipes. Class begins like a good Saturday should, with
a fresh batch of pancakes and syrup. With apples, bananas,
zucchini, and frozen blueberries in them (and almonds, pecans,
macadamia nuts and coconut in the topping), itís definitely
not your motherís pancake mix. Youíll also learn how to make
a healthy lunch or dinner of spicy Spring Rolls with fresh mint
leaf and zesty vegetables. For the heartier appetite, David and
Mia will whip up a pot of Portobello Chili with carrot, cashew
and onion thatís sure to satisfy. To complement the entrÈes, a
vegetable salad dressed with hemp oil and fancy tidbits will also
be on the menu. Handouts include menu plan with recipes
and shopping list for an entire week of meals and snacks.
