A blend of cage-free eggs, milk, and flavorful meats and vegetables poured into an organic flour and all-butter crust.  Topped with cheese and baked until golden brown.  Several varieties to choose from:

  • Lorraine: Bacon and leeks
  • Florentine: Spinach and cheese
  • Broccoli Mushroom: Organic broccoli, sautéed mushrooms and onions
  • Mexican: Peppers, corn, and cheese
  • Greek: Feta cheese and Mediterranean spices

A hearty, gluten-free breakfast treat.  A savory baked custard using cage-free eggs, milk and fresh vegetables.  Choose from:

  • Chile Rellenos: Green chilies and cheddar cheese
  • Broccoli Ham: Diced ham and organic broccoli
  • Roasted Vegetable: Peppers, mushrooms, zucchini, onions, and cheese
