The deli at Marlene’s is a popular place, where we’re known for our extraordinary bakery goods, our juice and smoothie bar, and the delicious entrées we create from scratch every day. All our desserts are made with organic flours and unrefined sweeteners. We use only real fruit in our smoothies, which can be made to order with extra shots of protein powder, flax oil, spirulina or our own Marlene’s Greens®. If you’ve never tried fresh carrot juice, tell Marlene and she’ll make sure you get a free sample.
Our extensive selection of entrées includes healthy versions of all your favorites like tuna noodle casserole, chicken enchiladas and salmon as well as popular new recipes like lentil patties with cilantro sauce, quinoa salad with pecans, and basil turkey meatloaf, all ready to be heated at your request or taken to go.
Want a lighter lunch or dinner? We offer four soups daily (including at least one vegan option) and offer many different sandwich options. Just want a salad? Our extensive salad bar has everything you need to make a variety of salads including chicken Caesar, garden, spinach and taco salads. Add toppings from our large selection and choose one of our homemade dressings. As in all areas of the deli, we use organic ingredients whenever possible.
