Garlic Roasted Brussels Sprouts

1 lb brussels sprouts, rinsed and trimmed
5 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbl olive or coconut oil
½ tsp lemon zest
pinch sea salt
pinch black pepper

Toss all ingredients together and pour onto a sheet pan.
Roast at 400˚ for 25 – 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes.
