Pineapple Coco-Mint Smoothie

This low calorie, immune-boosting smoothie will help keep you hydrated all day!


Ingredients

1 1/2 oz Swiss chard
4 oz pineapple
1 apple, chopped
3 sprigs mint
1 Tbl flaxseed
1 bottle (9.5 oz) Taste Nirvana coconut water
1 cup ice

 

Add all ingredients to blender, blend until smooth. Garnish with mint and enjoy.
