Blend until creamy-smooth, like soft serve ice cream. If smoothie is a little too thick to blend, add more plant milk 1 tablespoon at a time until contents are blending well. Divide into two bowls. if you’d like it to firm up a little more, place in the freezer for 5 minutes. Add toppings and serve.
